Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. We prorate all charges.
An active worker is anyone who has been scheduled for or worked a shift in the current billing month. Workers who are in your system but have not been scheduled do not count toward your limit.
No setup fees on any plan. Our onboarding team will help you import your data, configure your account, and train your staff at no additional cost. Most agencies are fully live within 24 hours.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for annual Enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes! Save 20% when you choose annual billing. That means Starter drops to $399/mo, Professional to $1,199/mo, and Enterprise to $3,199/mo -- billed annually.
Security is built in from the start. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3, sensitive data is vaulted via VGS, and keys are managed through cloud KMS. Tenant data is isolated at the database layer with row-level security. We are pre-certification: formal SOC 2 attestation and a HIPAA BAA are on the roadmap, not yet in place.
Professional and Enterprise plans include integrations with major payroll providers, background check services (Checkr), credential verification (Persona), and communication tools (Twilio). Enterprise customers get full API access for custom integrations.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Your access continues through the end of your paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Yes! Refer another agency and both of you receive one month free on your current plan. There is no limit on referrals. Contact us for details on our agency partner program.
